Richmond shows
Richmond podcasts come from small businesses, agencies and consultants, universities and health systems, churches and nonprofits, and hosts who record conversations about local food, history and culture. Common requests are full episodes with two or three cameras, weekly clips for social, cleaned audio for the podcast host, and transcripts for a show website.
Many Richmond homes and offices are in older brick buildings with plaster walls and wood floors. They look good on camera and tend to make a room ring. Rugs, bookshelves and soft chairs reduce the echo, and we take down what is left during cleanup.
Humid summers bring dehumidifiers, fans and air conditioning, all of which add background noise. Turn them off while recording if you can, and record a few seconds of room silence at the start so we have a clean sample of the noise to remove.
How a Richmond project runs
- You share the camera and audio files and say what you want back.
- We check the recording and send a written quote with a delivery date.
- You watch the first cut on a review link and leave notes at exact times.
- We make the changes and send the episode, the audio file and any clips.
Everything happens online. Files arrive through a shared link, cuts come back as review links, and calls are booked in Eastern time. We don't have an office or a studio in Richmond, and the editing doesn't need one.

Questions
Do you meet clients in Richmond?
No. We work by email, review links and video calls booked in Eastern time.
Can you edit a church or nonprofit podcast recorded by volunteers?
Yes. Mixed cameras and microphones are common. We sync them, match the picture and level the voices so the episode sounds like one recording.
Ask for a quote
Cost depends on the episode length, the number of cameras and audio tracks, how much cleanup the sound needs, and how many clips and caption files you want. Every episode or series gets its own written quote before work starts.
